背景分析
学生优势：学生的院校背景以及标化成绩都是很显眼的亮点。软件背景中的两段金融机构实习也是加分项。在学术项目以及课外活动中也分别有team leader的角色。
学生劣势：gpa偏低，且成绩单上有两门补考通过的课程。
文书思路
从本科选择金融专业的兴趣来源到经过本科四年的深入探索引出未来想投入这个领域的愿望以及进一步攻读研究生的必要性。
谈了对金融行业的理解，核心观点是金融业可以根据需要分配社会资源，平衡供需双方的需求，促进各行业高效有序地运作，增加社会总财富。而学生的梦想就是最大化金融业的意义。然后详细谈了一下长短期职业目标。
接下来主要描述了一下自己保险和证券的两段实习，包括专业知识技能的提升以及对行业的进一步理解，以及在实习期间自己在领导力，沟通协调的能力，客户开发和维护等方面的提升。在保险实习文书中还谈了自己对于香港保险和大陆保险的不同所思考的行业问题和发展（有的学校也专门针对这一点写了一篇独立的essay）。
结尾部分就是描述项目的匹配度，学校和学生之间的相互成就问题。
申请总结
为了等学生刷分，所以都是赶3月份之后的轮次递交的，到后面确实机会会少一些，所以还是建议让学生尽早刷分。另外就是商科的面试一定要让学生尽早准备。
