文书思路
学生ps主要按照围绕思路展开： 在阐述学生的长久以来的家庭熏陶的过程中表明学生自己为什么喜欢金融学，以及自己在金融学学习过程中的良好习惯。紧接着阐明系统学习金融学给自己带来的主要好处。 随后，我们把重点放在学生在课外的探索上，详细阐述她在课外的研究、自我探索、实习等方面，以及相应经历的认识、成长和反思上。 总体体现学生主动吸收新知识、善于自学、善于抓住机会金融领域最新技能的应用。经过一番实践之后，学生经过认真思考，娓娓道来她对自己未来的职业规划： 长短期目标。
申请总结
因为总体来讲，学生硬件条件良好， 所以在头脑风暴和ps讨论的时候我把重点放在了软件背景挖掘上。 通过学生的课堂展示、课后作业、参与过的研究和项目、实习过程中的细节等，我挖掘到了比刚开始拿到学生的文书信息表详细很多的细节性信息，这特别有利于我对学生形成一个全面又形象的认识， 为后面的文书呈现打下良好的基础。 然后，因为学生对于文书比较挑剔，我一般是把每个初稿认真打磨一遍后再发给学生， 基本上我们一篇稿子会进行几轮的讨论加上六七遍的修改最终定稿。另外，针对学生要参加面试的学校，我一般会提前在网上进行搜索，看看其他面试过的学生最近都在说些什么， 比如某某学校的面试题库要更新了，要尽快参加面试等等，让学生准备过程中比较从容一些。还有，不论早晚，除了睡觉时间，基本见到学生的消息都是第一时间回复，为自己工作和学生配合提前留出时间。
