² analyzed the casual relationship between the occupancy rate and the information presented on the platform, including the entire home ﹙whether room types are entire home﹚, accommodates, super host ﹙whether landlords are super host﹚, utilities, reviews, price and accommodation space;
² reported the heteroskedasticity-robust standard errors along with the usual ordinary least squares ﹙ols﹚ standard errors via the regression model and heteroskedasticity test;
² concluded that there are three factors that significantly influence the occupancy rate, among which review and super host are positive factors, and entire home is negative factor, however, the effect of price on occupancy rate is not noticeable, which may be due to the high local income, consumption level and interaction with other variables such as accommodation space.
