申请总结
学生提供的的文书素材存在一个明显的问题，就是素材过于丰富，没有重点，不能针对性地回答题目中的问题。比如jhu的second required essay中，文书素材详细地将三年的志愿活动的内容事无巨细地展现出来，其中包括关爱残障儿童的活动以及“高区一小讲座”这2个活动。但是，这样重点模糊，反而不能体现学生对某个社区带来的改变，字数也势必超过题目要求。因此，文案老师给学生讲解题目要求，指出怎样构思文书更有优势有亮点，沟通修改文书素材，最终学生听取文案老师的意见，确定只采用福利院的志愿活动素材。在文书初稿中，文案老师对每段的大意和作用做了标注，帮助学生更好地理解这样写的用意。最终学生很满意文书，很快定稿，并顺利拿到了录取。通过这一案例，我们总结的经验是，即使学生具备丰富的实践经历，但不要任其自由发挥，文案老师要做好引导和把控工作，让文书素材物尽其用，在合适的位置上发挥其该有的作用，这样才能为学生争取到理想的录取结果。
