申请总结
在申请统计学，学校对于学生的专业背景和相关核心课程的要求还是比较严苛的。比如像university of wisconsin madison，在申请材料齐了没过几天就发了拒信，基本可以断定是学生的核心课程不满足所导致。另外，由于美本的学生推荐人都是美国教授，所以在学生和老师的沟通过程中很容易存在不及时的情况。z同学的其中一个老师拖了一个多月都未给学生做网推，导致他申请虽然递交的早，但材料一直不齐，错过了黄金时间。所以建议同学们平时注意和自己教授的关系维护。
